![]() Here in Western Australia we will only catch the last few minutes of totality as the moon rises in the east at about 6:43pm, visible as a dark red disk on the horizon. There is a lunar eclipse on 8 Nov which is best viewed from a boat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are also out for most of the night in some capacity. Taurus is a nice appearance in the north-eastern sky for those up a little later at night. Looking up, Scorpius in the west makes its departure from the evening skies as the month carries on and sunset is getting noticeably later each day. As the season of Kambarang continues we experience more warm days here on the ground with the rains well and truly easing.
